- Turn on the inlet water. Examine the tank gasket and solenoid for leakage.

Water Overflow Detected
Over tightening the drainage system is the main reason. Furthermore, check the water sensor property.
- Check that the drain pipe is not over-tightening or immersed in water. If a drainage pump is utilized, make sure it works properly.
- Examine the drain/overflow tube for water. If there is constant water flow, apply the cleaning instructions in the Expert Instruction Manual.
- After cleaning, turn on the humidistat and check its performance. Disconnect truesteam if the issue repeats. Remove the lid by loosening the cover screw.
- To dismantle the water sensor assembly, detach the wire from the water level sensor and raise the snap-hinge attachment.
- Wash the sensors with hot soapy water to reveal the metal. It is acceptable to employ steel wool or a brush. Replace the sensor piece in the device, then reattach and tighten the lid.
- Plug in the device and hit the RESET button. Replace the water level sensor unit or the solenoid valve if this issue repeats.
The Electronic Circuit Panel Is Overheating
Sometimes, overheating voltages can cause a short circuit. And the circuit panel goes down. Have a basic idea about the main disconnect vs service disconnect. It will help you a lot.
- Check for ventilation openings on the surface that is free of obstacles. And one foot of space is kept throughout the cover’s perimeter ventilation openings.

- Disconnect the backplate of the structure at the four points with a flathead screwdriver. Remove the valve from the rear of the chassis and the wire from the truesteam frame.
